This could be my shortest post to date. The Perfect Score is an enjoyable ensemble piece (the cover blurb calls it The Breakfast Club crossed with Oceans Eleven). I do recommend it, if not highly. BTW Matthew Lillard was my link.

Once there was a place that was known for one brief shinning moment as... ''Camelot''

I avoided seeing SLC Punk again for the longest time but now that I have seen it again I have to wonder why. This could be Matthew Lillard’s strongest roles to date. This is certainly not for
everyone but if you’re feeling a little bit adventurous give it a try.

Idle Hands is hybrid of a horror movie and a teen comedy, so if that’s not your cup of tea,
you probably don’t want to see it. Devon Sawa plays a slacker whose hand becomes
possessed by a demon. There are two scene stealers here: Elden Henson (possibly
the best character actor of his generation) and Seth Green (my link from
Can't Buy Me Love) who play the slacker’s friends and wind up being killed
by the hand. They come back from the dead and save the day, with a little help
from their trusty bong. I did warn you.

These days Patrick Dempsey (my link from With Honors) can be found playing a hunky doctor on Grey’s Anatomy, but in Can't Buy Me Love he was science geek who pays the head cheerleader to date him for month in order to establish his street cred with the school.
Movie Journey Day 20
Equation: She’s cool + She’s dating him = He’s cool. This is a sweet little romantic comedy that hit the target with me.

Movie Journey Day 19
From now on I will only feature one movie a day. This will help me maintain the backlog of posts I have built up. In With Honors Brendan Fraser (my link from Now and Then) plays college student who loses his thesis paper down a storm grate and has to bargain to get it back from Joe Pesci, a bum who lives in the library basement. I usually find Mr. Pesci extremely annoying but here he won me over, displaying a fair amount of charm. This is an ensemble piece with fine performances all around.
